■      Sole UX designer and UX architect for the Driehaus College of Business digital properties which includes four web properties dozens of websites and more than 5,000 pages. I perform: web analytics, wireframing, prototyping, designing and content implementation for the college’s main four web properties and manage the other websites.

■      Manage web analytics for four website properties including quarterly and annual reports, content audits and data visualizations to communicate user engagement and interaction with websites and drive content decisions as well as product management for the websites. Developed several new product ideas based upon web usability analysis which boosted user engagement and enrollment.

■       Conduct usability testing, user research, and usability studies using various methodologies including surveys, ethnographic studies, data analysis, and interviewing and observations to inform design and content changes. Created automated content process and user research methods for college quarterly user research analytics reports and spearheaded an entire redesign and restructuring of the current main web properties as part of our responsive website redesign project.

■      Web Content Administrator/Trainer for the College where I assist, mentor and train 25 editors and writers who work on the SharePoint enterprise system for the college and manage all the digital design for their digital publications.
